Warranty Terms & Conditions
- This registration form is an application, not a confirmation of warranty.
- The e-Warranty only applies to:
- D.LAB products purchased in Singapore
- Individual buyers (non-commercial, non-corporate)
- Warranty validity starts on your purchase date, pending approval by D.LAB.
Proof of Purchase is required for:
- Registration approval
- Warranty service requests
- Verification during support interactions
Coverage Includes:
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Free repairs or replacements for approved claims
- Use of new or reconditioned parts (D.LAB retains ownership of replaced components)
Not Covered Under Warranty:
Damage from:
- Accidents, misuse, negligence, act of God or improper care
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Power surges, water, or corrosion
- Software or consumables (e.g. batteries)
- Physical appearance (scratches, discoloration, casing)
- Use with incompatible accessories or third-party products
Service Outside Warranty:
If you request repairs outside warranty coverage, D.LAB may provide service at chargeable rates, including:
- Transportation fees
- Replacement part costs
- Labor charges
Legal Terms:
- Warranty is non-transferable.
- D.LAB reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
- Your statutory rights (e.g. under Lemon Law) are not affected by this policy.
- This warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore.
D.LAB is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, consequential or economic damage or loss(including loss of profits, use, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunities and loss or deletion of or modification to data, software or information) arising from or related to the e-Warranty (including D.LAB’s services under it). D.LAB’s liability under or in relation to the e-Warranty (including D.LAB services under it) is limited to the cost of replacing the product with the same or an equivalent product, or of repairing the product, whichever is lower.
The Warranty is non-transferable, and none of the rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions may be assigned or transferred. A person who is not an applicant for the Warranty shall have no rights to enforce any terms of this Warranty.
