  1. General Return Guidelines
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase, and:
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • A valid sales receipt or invoice must be presented
  • Items returned will be tested before an exchange is approved
  • If the exact item is unavailable, a product of similar value may be offered
  • Credit vouchers may be issued (valid for 30 days); no extensions allowed
  • If your order included delivery, the delivery fee is non-refundable
  1. Non-Returnable Items

     The following products are excluded from return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or damaged items
  • Products with broken seals or missing accessories
  • Items in working condition with minor cosmetic issues
  • Software or digital products (licensing restrictions)
  • Specific brands: Apple, Beats, DJI, GoPro, Sony Playstation, Nintendo, Microsoft Surface
  • Inks, printing media, opened cartridges or discs
  • Extended warranties (e.g. Value Club, AppleCare+)
  • Promotional freebies (subject to approval)
  1. Your Consumer Rights (Lemon Law)
  • Under Singapore’s Lemon Law, any product with an inherent defect discovered within 6 months of purchase may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Applies regardless of warranty
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Contact us if your product becomes faulty during this period
  1. Warranty or Repairs (Post Return Window)

     If the 7-day return period has passed:

  • Contact the brand’s official service center directly
  • Bring your original receipt/invoice and faulty item
  • We recommend calling ahead before visiting
